SHIPPING

Orders can be fulfilled within 1-5 days depending on volume of orders. But please note some orders may take up to 5-7 days for orders to be processed if there are some difficulties . If there is a delay in dispatch it most likely would mean that there was an address or payment processing error, which the customer will be notified or contacted immediately. You will be sent an email confirmation when it is dispatched and fulfilled.

International orders may take 7-14 business days to a

rrive; payment of duties and taxes may be required.

International orders placed are typically processed in 2-3 business days. 

Once shipped, international orders can take up to four weeks to arrive since all orders must pass through customs and this time frame is completely at the discretion of the shipping providers

Please ensure that your address is correct at checkout. We cannot provide a refund or change address once package has left our warehouse. Any sold out orders will be cancelled and refunded. In the event of any failed delivery, the cost of the item only, will be automatically refunded to the card used at checkout, once it is sent back to our warehouse.

Upon finalizing your order, there will be a  tracking number of delivery options to choose from. We know you’re excited to get your package, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout. Delivery may take up to 1-7 inside the country until delivered depending on where you live.

Shipping charges are also non refundable.
